What to Expect?

5:45 AM – Private Pickup From Hanoi

The day starts early, with a private car collecting guests from their Hanoi hotel around 5:45 AM. The roughly 2.5-hour expressway drive covers most of the distance while the city is still quiet, and guests reach Halong International Cruise Port in Bai Chay by around 8:00 AM for check-in, well ahead of the crowds that build later in the morning.

9:00 AM – Boarding and Light Breakfast

After boarding, a light breakfast is served as the ship pulls away from the dock and begins sailing past the limestone islets scattered across Halong Bay and the neighboring waters of Bai Tu Long Bay. Starting the day with food onboard, rather than grabbing something before pickup, is one of the small details that separates this tour from a standard day cruise.

10:00 AM – Sung Sot Cave

By 10:00 AM, the ship docks so guests can walk through Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in the bay. 11:30 AM – Titov Island

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of guests in the booking and the notice period prior to the departure date.

Bookings for 1–9 Guests

Cancellation made 1–3 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made 4 days or more before departure: Free of charge.

Bookings for 10–20 Guests

Cancellation made 1–3 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made 4–7 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made 8 days or more before departure: Free of charge.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the departure date or cancel on the day of departure will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
