What to Expect?

Early Morning: Private Pickup From Hanoi

The day begins early, with private car pickup from Hanoi hotels around 5:45 AM. The roughly 2.5-hour expressway drive brings guests to Halong International Cruise Port in Bai Chay by 8:00 AM for check-in.

Light Breakfast Onboard

After boarding, guests are served a light breakfast around 9:00 AM as the cruise sails past thousands of limestone islets across Halong Bay and neighboring Bai Tu Long Bay.

Sung Sot Cave

By 10:00 AM, the cruise stops at Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in the bay, known for its striking variety of stalactite formations built up over thousands of years.

Titov Island & Beach

Around 11:30 AM, guests reach Titov Island, where they can swim in turquoise water or climb to the summit for a sweeping view over the bay, one of the most photographed stops on any luxury Halong Bay day tour.

Under 02 y/o: A surcharge of VND 200,000 applies to the first child. The next child is charged 75% of the adult rate.
From 02 under 05 y/o: Children are charged 75% of the adult rate.
From 05 under 12 y/o: Older children are charged 85% of the adult rate.
From 12 y/o: Children meeting the age requirement for adults will be charged at the full adult rate.

Groups of 9–16 Adults

Under 02 y/o: The first child stays free of charge. The next child is charged 75% of the adult rate.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of guests in the booking and the notice period prior to the departure date.

Bookings for 1–9 Guests

Cancellation made 1–3 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made 4 days or more before departure: Free of charge.

Bookings for 10–20 Guests

Cancellation made 1–3 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made 4–7 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation made 8 days or more before departure: Free of charge.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the departure date or cancel on the day of departure will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
