The climb takes most travelers 20 to 30 minutes at a steady pace, and it’s the most physically demanding stretch of the day, but the view from the top, the Tam Coc river winding between limestone peaks below, is consistently the photo guests remember most.

5:30 PM – Return to Hanoi
