Overview
Few journeys reveal Northern Vietnam as completely as this 5 day northern itinerary Vietnam tour. In five unhurried days, you move from Hanoi’s lantern-lit Old Quarter, where a thousand years of history lives on in street food and temple courtyards, to the emerald waters and limestone towers of Halong Bay. From there you continue to Ninh Binh, where rice paddies, hidden caves and ancient citadels unfold along a UNESCO-listed river landscape.
Everything is arranged for you. A private driver and an expert local guide stay with you throughout, you rest in carefully selected 4 or 5-star hotels, and you spend one night aboard a Halong Bay cruise with sunset on deck and a seafood dinner. Each day pairs signature sights with local moments, from an evening of street food in Hanoi to a sampan ride through the caves of Trang An.
